The Premier League continues with an exciting Sunday fixture list. Here are our predictions for Sunday’s clashes.
Everton vs. Chelsea (Sunday, 2.00 pm)
Everton will be looking to get their third consecutive win in the Premier League when they host Chelsea on Sunday. Sean Dyche’s side is gradually getting its form back and has won two matches in a row after enduring a slump in form.
On the other hand, Chelsea lost their last game against Manchester United and their away record has been poor this season. That said, it could be a tight contest, but we predict the game will end in a draw, with both sides scoring at least one goal.
- Prediction: Everton 1-1 Chelsea
Fulham vs. West Ham (Sunday, 2.00 pm)
Fulham and West Ham will play each other at Craven Cottage. The hosts come into the game after beating Nottingham Forest 5-0 in the midweek round of fixtures.
The Hammers will be looking to build on their impressive win over Tottenham Hotspur when they travel to London rivals Fulham.
It should be an entertaining game, but West Ham’s attacking prowess should see them claim victory in a high-scoring encounter.
- Prediction: Fulham 1-2 West Ham
Luton vs. Man City (Sunday, 2.00 pm)
Relegation-threatened Luton Town will host Manchester City at Kenilworth Road. Luton Town fought hard against Arsenal in the midweek fixture but ended up losing 4-3.
In contrast, Manchester City lost their last game against Aston Villa. It’s tough to see anything other than a comfortable win for Pep Guardiola’s side, who should have too much quality for their opponents.
- Prediction: Luton Town 0-3 Manchester City
Spurs vs. Newcastle (Sunday, 4.30 pm)
Tottenham Hotspur will host Newcastle United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Spurs lost their last game against West Ham United and will be eager to bounce back.
On the other hand, Newcastle United suffered a 3-0 defeat against Everton. Tottenham’s attacking firepower should prove too much for a Newcastle side that has struggled on the road this season. However, the Magpies could still get on the scoresheet.
- Prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Newcastle United
Sunday’s Premier League fixtures promise to be exciting. Everton and Chelsea should play out an entertaining draw while West Ham is tipped to beat Fulham in a high-scoring encounter.
Manchester City is expected to get back to winning ways when they face Luton Town, while Tottenham is predicted to beat Newcastle United in a close contest.
