Crystal Palace’s pursuit of strengthening their squad during the January transfer window has led them to express a keen interest in acquiring Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah.
While the Gunners have shown reluctance to part ways with the talented player, the Eagles remain determined to secure his signature ahead of the second half of the season.
Palace’s intentions are authentic, according to journalist Ben Jacobs, but Arsenal is firm in their stance that a suitable replacement must be found before they consider letting Nketiah go.
However, Palace is not exclusively focused on Nketiah. They are also eyeing Paris Saint-Germain’s Hugo Ekitike and Nordsjaelland’s Ibrahim Osman, who is also being courted by Brighton & Hove Albion.
Despite Arsenal rejecting an initial approach from Crystal Palace for Nketiah, speculations surrounding his future persists.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth defender Lloyd Kelly has reportedly attracted concrete interest from Italian giants Juventus and AC Milan.
Kelly had been instrumental in Bournemouth’s recent resurgence under manager Andoni Iraola until a hamstring injury halted his progress in early December.
With only six months remaining on his current contract at the Vitality Stadium, Kelly is free to engage in talks with foreign clubs regarding a potential summer move.
Both Juventus and AC Milan have expressed a desire to secure the services of the 25-year-old, and Tottenham Hotspur, managed by Ange Postecoglou, are monitoring the situation after showing initial interest in him during the summer transfer window.
Another Bournemouth player who could be on the move this month is target man Kieffer Moore. The Cherries are reportedly open to offloading the towering forward, with Cardiff City showing interest in bringing him back to Wales.
Cardiff aims to strengthen their position in the Championship’s top six under manager Erol Bulut, who has publicly expressed his admiration for the Wales international.
Leeds United, currently vying for promotion, is also aware of Moore’s situation and may consider making a move for the 31-year-old, who has found himself playing second fiddle to Dominic Solanke.
Middlesbrough, West Bromwich Albion, and Birmingham City are among the other clubs interested in securing Moore’s services.
Additionally, Everton is reportedly willing to part ways with midfielder Andre Gomes this month due to his hefty wages burdening the club.
The Portuguese midfielder recently made a comeback from a long-term injury and scored a consolation goal in Everton’s 2-1 defeat against Tottenham on December 23.
However, his future at the club remains uncertain. With his weekly wages of £120,000 taking a toll on Everton’s finances, Gomes may find opportunities in the Saudi Pro League or Portuguese Primeira Liga, with Benfica reportedly showing interest.
